These terms govern your purchase of services and digital products from VELES CGK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14545743, with its registered office at 4th Floor Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB ("we", "us", "the company"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Your contract is with VELES CGK LTD. We are the seller of record for everything sold on this site. Where a course was created by an independent expert, we sell it under a written licence from that author; the author is not a party to your contract with us, and we remain responsible to you for the sale, for access and for refunds.
Consultancy engagements are scoped and confirmed in writing before work begins. The written scope sets out what will be delivered, over what period and at what fee. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately.
Prices are shown on the relevant page and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal. We do not store your card details; they are handled by the payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate part-periods unless required by law.
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our courses are educational. They are not medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. We do not guarantee any particular commercial, health or personal outcome from using our material or our consultancy. Decisions you take remain yours.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings.
You agree to give accurate information at checkout, to keep your access credentials secure, and not to use our material unlawfully or in a way that harms us or other customers. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order governs that order. Material changes to a subscription will be notified by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
