Only with providers who need it to deliver the service: our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our email provider and our accountants. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Course platforms and communities. We do not pass your details to the authors of the courses we sell. After payment we send you an access link, and you register directly with the platform or community operated by the course author. From that point the author is a separate data controller for the account you create with them, under their own privacy policy — we are not party to it and we do not receive your data back from them. If you would rather not create an account with the author, contact us before buying and we will tell you what the course involves.
Our payment processors and email provider operate internationally, and some processing takes place outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered either by UK adequacy regulations or by the standard safeguards those providers have in place, and we can tell you which applies on request. Because we do not pass your details to course authors, no transfer to them takes place.
Order and accounting records: six years, as UK tax law requires. Account and access data: while your account is active and for one year afterwards. Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus a short period to prove the withdrawal was honoured.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@velescgk.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority.
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it and the checkout to work. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, they will be set only with your consent and you will be able to change your choice at any time.
Access to personal data is limited to those who need it, accounts are protected by strong authentication, and payment data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified by email.
