Delivery and Access

Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges and no physical delivery times.

Courses

• Access details are emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes of successful payment and in any event within 24 hours.
• The email contains your login or a direct access link to the course platform.
• Access continues indefinitely unless the course page states a defined access period.

Membership communities

• An invitation to the community is sent by email within 24 hours of the first successful payment.
• Access continues for as long as the subscription is active and ends when the paid period ends after cancellation.

Consultancy

Work is delivered remotely by email, video call and shared documents, on the schedule agreed in the written scope for the engagement.

If your access does not arrive

Check your spam folder first, then email us at hello@velescgk.com with the address and name used at checkout. We restore access as a priority, usually the same business day. If we cannot give you access, you get a full refund.

What you need

An internet connection and a current browser. Some material is video, so a reasonable connection speed helps. No special software is required.
